I thought Fr. Justin Capato was on restrictions. He has been seen at Salon [Di Parruchiere] in Cedar Knolls without supervision. This was last week. He has also been trying to contact people from Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel. One person was a 17 year old boy. So much for the restrictions St. Mary’s Abbey said they put in place.

Nothing has changed, they still do what they want and could care less about the safety of community.
